USH Guest Cancellation Policy

This Guest Cancellation Policy outlines the charges and refunds for Guests when an unconfirmed Match (Homestay Application) or confirmed Match is cancelled by the Guest. A reservation can be cancelled by emailing [email protected]. USH will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute or problem between a Guest and a Host, and USH reserves the right to modify the amounts a Guest is required to pay based on specific circumstances. USH has the final decision on all disputes, problems, charges and refunds, and USH's decision will be binding on the Guest. Note: In case the payment was received via wire transfer, the refund amount will be deducted for the Wire Transfer Fee of $65.
