USH Apartments are move-in ready, fully furnished, and come with several options that you’ll appreciate. Ranging in size from 640-1600 square feet (60 - 148 square meters), our apartments give you a real American college experience where you will enjoy a well-matched roommate, full kitchen, living room, and every needed comfort. Our building is exclusively rented to international students attending the same local universities as you.

Terms

Application Fee $270.00 (non refundable)
Security Deposit $130 (non refundable in case of cancellation), this deposit will convert into a refundable security deposit 30 days after the move out.
All housing fee must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Note: All reservations will be accepted upon availability. Each student is liable only for his/her contract.
