The Times Higher Education World Reputation Rankings 2014 employ the world’s largest invitation-only academic opinion survey to provide the definitive list of the top 100 most powerful global university brands.
According to the rankings released by Times Higher Education, Harvard university has retained its number one spot followed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Stanford in the 2nd and 3rd position. University of Cambridge and University of Oxford comes next in the 4th and 5th position. The other universities in the top 10 are University of California, Berkeley, Princeton, Yale, California Institute of Technology and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
